I received multiple quotes for my roofing project. I really appreciated Chris as a sales rep. He was professional, courteous, and not pushy. After speaking with him I thought about my project and the next day I decided I wanted to do the whole house instead of just 3/4 of it. That was my decision and he did not push that. I am extremely glad I did the whole house or else it would drive me nuts not knowing it was done to Highlands standard. Additionally, I did the golden pledge warranty which I feel is worth the extra piece of mind. Everything is fully replaced included step flashing wrapped in AZEK. Highland was at my house quickly after I signed the paperwork and knocked the whole house out in 2 days even with some rain delays. They were professional and timely and I am very pleased. 18 month 0 percent was also a huge bonus. Thank you!!
