We did not choose Highland Contractors for our project. This review is more for the estimate and its process.
Let me start by saying first impressions are everything. When a sales rep drives up in a premium vehicle, the precedence is being set. That aside, we had multiple visits with the rep, hashing out the details. Sub-contractors were brought in to look at various side projects involved. Initially, we did like that idea. Unfortunately the one sub-contractor did not do his "due diligence" to earn our business. He only looked, never came inside to oversee any possible incidentals, wispered something into our sales rep's ear and left within fifteen minutes.
Highland's offer was not the most expensive but we declined based on past experiences with contractors and our gut insticts. We appreciated that the company we decided to go with worked with us and for our business. When we let the Highland sales rep know of our decision, thanking him for his time, the response we received was almost harassing. Wondering "why we didn't choose Highland", did we know "that Highland would match and beat the other company's quote", "who did we go with and how much did they offer?". A "thank you" for our time was never reciprocated. The precedence was set from the very beginning.

Gutter Cleaning - Fast, Friendly & Professional Service
I had my gutters cleaned and I am very happy with the results. My service person Vince (Vinny) was very nice and professional. He made sure he cleaned the debris from my roof that had the potential to fall into my gutters as well. I am happy with the service and will use Highland Contractors for future projects!
