Everything about Highland Contractors was a breath of fresh air. They were the second quote I received about my roof. The first place did not even mention filing a claim with my insurance company, but as soon as Ryan and Dominic Shumway showed up to give me my free estimate, it was their first suggestion. Going through my insurance company was a breeze with Ryan leading the way. My entire roof was covered and I only had to pay my deductible! I didn't have to do any of the work with the insurance company- Ryan took care of all the behind the scenes work!
With my roof being covered in full, I had more money from my budget I was able to spend on other updates on my house. Ryan helped me figure out what I could do to improve the look. Then I met Kevin Shamp, who was meticulous with his work at my house. He went out of his way every day to make sure that the work was done properly. Kevin offered to help with other things in order to make my house just the way I wanted it. I am so thankful for everything that has been done and for Highland Contractors working with me every step of the way! I've already referred them once and am sure I will continue to refer them to others!

Kevin and Chad repaired a sofit that was infested with squirrel nests and they repaired some deteriorated cedar shingles elsewhere on the structure. They did excellent work. Kevin suggested an alteration in the repair that saved me $$$. They worked diligently and cleaned the worksite when the repair was complete. Nice work!

Highland Contractors recently installed a new tear-off roof and skylights on our century-old home. They were professional from start to finish, promptly responding to email and phone queries. The quality of the work was great, and they even stopped out after the job was finished to take care of a follow-up request. The salesman, roofing foreman, owner, and office staff were all pleasant to work with. We definitely plan to call Highland Contractors again in the future!
