We were simply getting estimates on new siding, windows and exterior doors. Marshall came out and was completely honest with us. Our siding was falling off, but we were hoping for one more year. Other contractors gave us their estimates and left. One spent more time talking about his summer home more than my current home. Marshall was the only one who seemed to care about us and our home, He told us directly '" I don't care if you go with us or someone else, but this HAS to get done this year. You simply can't wait." His honesty and straightforward answer drew us immediately to Highland Contractors. They replaced 18 windows, 3 exterior doors along with giving us a beautiful siding job. They even worked with our electrician and hooked up our new exterior lights for us! The complements from our neighbors has been endless. I had a new roof, windows and siding installed. Marshall know's just about everything there is to know about contracting. Terry and his crew did an amazing job with the siding. Everyone that worked on my house was very professional and courteous and when it came time for clean-up, it was if they were never there!

Boy, am I glad I chose Highland Contractors! As the owner of a 1950s house with at least 3 layers of shingles, dormers, multiple roof pitches, and a recent leak, my worries vanished when Marshall arrived to give me an esitmate. He impressed me with his knowledge and familiarity with the latest building materials, and he even discussed financing options. After signing the contract, an army of workers led by site boss Dudley showed up (with advance notice) a week earlier than expected. This proved heaven-sent as the weather was about to turn rainy. After protecting first floor windows with sheets of plywood, Highland's crew tore off the old shingles, repaired the wood decking and my roof leak, rebuilt a faux chimney box, and laid down ice and water shield as requested. The crew was always polite and policed the grounds afterward. I was especially appreciative of their use of a magnetic dolly to pick up loose nails on the driveway. All my neighbors have commented on how beautiful the house now looks. Thank you, Highland!

Marshall & Mike and team, the siding job you guys coordinated and completed, was not only professional but the final product looks wonderful! Highland did a great job siding our home and installing a new bay window. Marshall was very informative answering our questions and keeping us updated. The vinyl siding installers, Terry and Ed, also did an excellent job even while working under some challenging weather conditions.
